Now, if you will, a moment of respect for eight men who lost their lives in service to their country during World War II. On October 18, 1943, on a training mission from Lowry Field, Colorado, their B-17 crashed into a mountain during a storm. The remains of the plane are still there. These photos were taken on the 65th anniversary of the crash.
